Capability Building & Training

Change management and capability building: teams that carry on after the project

We design hands-on programmes for leaders and teams in business development, initiative management, AI readiness and partner governance, and support the change inside your company so the impact lasts after the project ends.

Capability Building & Training

What the capability building and training track covers

Any development in a company is a change in how people work. Change management is what makes sure the team actually adopts the new processes and tools, instead of drifting back to the old way after a few weeks. That's why we treat training and knowledge transfer as part of the project itself, not a separate activity at the end.

In this track we assess team needs and skills gaps, design corporate training programmes built on real work rather than theory, build tools and templates teams use every day, and set a sustainability and knowledge-transfer plan so staff development continues after our work ends.

FAQ

Answersbeforeyouask

The questions we hear most before work starts. Still have one? Write it in the form below.

  • It's planning how teams move from one way of working to another: explaining why the change is happening, defining what changes in each person's work, training, handling resistance and following adoption until it holds. Without it, a plan can succeed on paper and stall in daily practice.

  • They're built on the team's real work rather than generic content. We design them after a needs assessment, use tools and templates the team keeps working with afterwards, and tie them to the development project the company is running, so their impact shows in how work actually gets done.

  • No. We deliver capability building within our projects in the other tracks, and we can also design it as a standalone programme for your company's needs, in areas such as business development, initiative management, AI readiness and partner governance. The content and length of each programme are set after assessing the teams' needs and current level.

  • At the start we agree what should change in the work after the programme, such as using a new tool or applying a specific process, then follow it up after the training, not only before. The real measure is what the team does after the programme, not the number of training hours.
