AI & Automation

Digital transformation with AI and automation, built into your daily processes

We find the processes that benefit from automation, improve them before automating them, then bring AI into daily work where it makes a real difference: AI assistants connected to your systems, clearer processes, and a team that knows how to use them.

AI & Automation

What the AI and automation track covers

Digital transformation isn't about buying new systems; it's about your company working more clearly and quickly with the help of technology. So we start from the processes: where is your team's or your customers' time lost today, and what could be automated once it's improved? Then we pick the right tool for each case, not the other way round.

In this track we build AI agents, copilots and chat assistants connected to your CRM, and embed them in your workplace and existing systems, with usage guidelines, governance and change management for the teams. Digital transformation in Saudi Arabia is accelerating, and companies that start with measured, trackable steps see the impact first.

Who it's for

  • Companies with repetitive manual work

Data entry, request follow-up and messages that take up the team's time every day.

    01
  • Companies serving customers on WhatsApp and digital channels

When conversation volume outgrows the team and you need faster replies and organised follow-up.

    02
  • Companies whose systems don't talk to each other

Data spread across separate tools, moved between them by hand.

    03
  • Leaders who want a measured start with AI

A first, clear use case with a metric, before any large commitment.

FAQ

Answersbeforeyouask

The questions we hear most before work starts. Still have one? Write it in the form below.

  • It means redesigning how the company works with the help of technology: clearer processes, organised data, connected systems, automation of repetitive tasks, and AI where it makes a difference. The real measure isn't the number of systems but the time the team saves and the quality of service customers receive.

  • Start with one clear process where manual work repeats and the impact can be measured, such as answering customer enquiries or following up requests. Improve the process first, automate it on a limited scale, and measure the result before expanding, so each decision rests on a result rather than an expectation.

  • Yes, and that's a core part of the work. We start by reviewing the systems you run, such as your CRM and communication channels, then design the integration so data flows between them without manual transfers. If a system doesn't allow integration, we explain the alternatives before delivery.

  • Before delivery we agree with you which data the solution will use, where it's stored, who can access it and how it's deleted when needed, and we document it in writing. The design takes into account Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and your company's internal policies.

  • It depends on the number and complexity of the processes and how ready the data and systems are. That's why we usually start with one use case with an agreed duration and metric, then plan the next stages from its results, so you always know what you'll get and when.
