Companies reviewing their business model
When the market shifts or revenue slows, and the sources of value and revenue need a fresh look.
Strategy & Business Models
We work out with you where your company should grow, what it offers and how it must operate to get there, then turn that into priorities and a business plan with KPIs, and stay through delivery with one party accountable to you.
Strategy & Business Models
A business model is how your company creates value for its customers and earns revenue from it: who you sell to, what you offer, through which channels and at what cost. When the model is unclear, or no longer fits the market, decisions stall however hard the team works.
In this track we start by understanding the market and where your company stands, then design the business model and business strategy with you, and translate them into priorities for each phase, an operating plan and a roadmap with KPIs. The track includes specialised services such as management consulting and feasibility studies.

It describes how a company creates value for its customers and earns revenue from it: the segment it serves, the value it offers, its channels, revenue sources, costs and key resources. A clear model helps you make consistent decisions on pricing, expansion and operations, and explain your company to partners and investors.
The business model answers how the company creates value and earns revenue. The business plan sets out what the company will do over a set period to reach its goals: initiatives, owners, resources and KPIs. That's why we start with the model and build the plan on it, so both point the same way.
When growth slows despite the effort, the market or customer behaviour changes, the company plans to enter a new market or line of business, or the current strategy doesn't turn into priorities the team knows. In each case we start with a diagnosis of what actually needs to change.
It depends on the size of the company, the scope and how deep the market analysis goes, and on whether the project includes supporting delivery and follow-up or stops at the plan. That's why we propose the scope and cost in writing after the first diagnostic session, split into stages with defined outputs.
We deliver too. After building the model and plan, we carry out the initiatives through the group's divisions and execution partners in the other tracks, such as automation, digital products and marketing, and track the KPIs until results hold, with one party accountable to you throughout.
Tell us about your company and what you want to develop, and we'll be in touch to arrange a first session on where to start.
